With our guide we will begin at the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, then take a leisurely stroll through the Roman Forum and the Imperial Fori to the Capitol Hill, ending up at the Pantheon, Hadrian's temple dedicated to all the pagan gods. You will ride at a relaxed pace, with no hills to conquer, and stops are made every few hundred yards at points of interest to take photos and hear the fascinating history and stories of Barcelona from your excellent guide. You'll have the use of a comfortable and easy-to-ride bike, and gain useful tips and advice about what to do and see while you're visiting Barcelona. The tour begins with a brief introduction to the history of Barcelona before heading to the tour shop to collect the bikes. Visit the most celebrated and charming island of Italy with a local tour guide. You will be picked up at the ports of Sorrento or Naples and transfers from your hotel to the harbors can be arranged upon request. A visit of the Blue Grotto will be visited if the weather permits. You will fall in love with Capri! A local expert guide speaking fluent language will meet you at the port in Naples or Sorrento and reach Capri by jetfoil. This wonderful tour begins in Marina Grande, the main port of the island. The view is lovely, as are the many sailing vessels moored at the pier. A visit of the Blue Grotto will be possible if the weather permits but if the cave is closed you can do a sharing boat ride all around the island to see the other caves. On board of a comfortable minibus, your experienced guide will take scenic travel routes, including the exhilarating Mamma Mia Road to the second largest center of the island, Anacapri and you’ll enjoy a motley, stunning and breathtaking panorama. From there you will visit Anacapri, a picturesque village,with its narrow streets and typical small squares, which was the favorite place of well-known celebrities like the Swedish doctor Axel Munthe, who fell in love with the ruins of an ancient chapel and built Villa San Michele. Next, it’s the main town of Capri and La Piazzetta, which has always been the center of the life on the island, highly populous area, especially by V.I.P.s and full of hotels, restaurants, open air cafes where you can sit and relax heated by the sun.

HIKE THE PYRENEES' PEAKS AND VALLEYS

After you escape from Barcelona, you’ll begin your excursion from one of the many charming, small Pyrenees villages. Expect an active tour but also a perfect mix of an amazingly well-preserved 16th century stone village, breathtaking scenery in the mountains and the higher-altitude valleys in the area. You surely will work up an appetite while exploring the winding cobblestones streets of the village. To begin, you will be guided from the foot of the Pyrenees mountains at 1340 meters elevation to a vast, gentle plateau with an easy half-hour walk to a rock formation originally used as a natural prison for Napoleon's troops. Take in the million dollar views of the reservoir below and the wonderland of the southern Pyrenees before the adventure gets interesting as you drop through a break in a huge cliff and descend to a route ending in a second overlook. A well-deserved rest with snacks comes next. Continuing on this trail, you will hit a rigorous 60-minute ascent winding along huge rock pinnacles and through secluded pine and beech forest. We said rigorous - you will start climb that does a switchback up to the top for the expanding views before beginning to head back down. All of this is followed by an incredible meal at a rustic working farmhouse and restaurant. You will have the king-sized meal you earned before exploring the village with a stop at an old Romanesque church and a unique cemetery influenced by Gaudi.
