We're going to be enjoying our honeymoon on the Norwegian Sky Cruise Line!! We'll be leaving Miami, Florida on November 13th and heading out to Grand Bahama Island for the fist night, Nassau for the second night, and Great Stirrup Cay for the third night. Upon arrival, you'll receive a short orientation and then you'll have the chance to kiss, hug, feed, and play with these affectionate and humorous marine mammals and see their habitat as well.

Your snorkel adventure begins when you board one of our our custom-built boats and we head out to the first of three awesome snorkeling spots. Snorkeling is one of the most relaxing and easiest activities to share with the whole family, and during this excursion, you'll be accompanied by professional guides who will take you to a trio of incredible underwater sites. Our first stop is a beautiful shallow reef, with depths of approximately 10-25 feet. The next location we'll visit is either a different shallow reef or a shallow wreck. These two sites will be selected based on weather conditions. We'll find the clearest and calmest locations with the most marine life. The third snorkel stop will bring you close to the Caribbean Reef Sharks for a thrilling once-in-a-lifetime experience. Here, you'll snorkel at the surface with the guide as the sharks swim calmly on the ocean floor, or, if you prefer, you can observe these magnificent creatures from the boat.

Swimming With Dolphins

Now you will have a special place for adults to find some quiet, romantic time if that is what you are looking for, or even a place to concentrate and read a good book if you prefer. You have chosen to pair this with our Best Swim With the Dolphins during your time on the Blue Lagoon island. Begin with a 30-minute scenic cruise through the historic harbor of Nassau, which will bring you to Blue Lagoon paradise. Now, far from the hustle of downtown Nassau, you will be directed to your spot, which will also be a distance from the cavorting families located elsewhere on the island. Your VIP escort is to your beachfront lined with white sand, blue water, and coconut palms that deliver a shady tropical background for your day. The garden area will serve as the gathering spot, a lobby so to speak, where you will be greeted with a champagne mimosa, a refreshing face towel, and lots of smiles. Lockers are provided for your safe keeping. The private beach will be adults only and you can select your lounge chair, accompanied by a shared umbrella, and relax. Butler service is provided, so you need not stand up again until it is time to leave, unless you choose to. Your stay also includes a perfect lunch of grilled fish, chicken, and more, which is served buffet style and accompanied by fresh fruits, vegetables, and salad. Double hammocks are scattered about the island near your private beach. Water, iced tea, and lemonade are available at all times throughout your stay. After a couple more mimosas (ala carte), you may feel like testing the aqua bounce, included in your stay. Your Swim with the Dolphins experience will take place during this stay and you'll have the unique opportunity for playful, educational interaction with these wonderful mammals in the beautiful turquoise waters of an ocean lagoon. The program begins with an orientation, which briefly covers the natural history of dolphins, animal training techniques, ocean conservation, and Watchable Wildlife Guidelines. Once in your life jacket, you'll enter the water in a small group and swim and play with the dolphins for 30 minutes. You'll experience the joy of a dolphin hug and kiss, dance with our stars, and then marvel at their strength as you're propelled across the lagoon during the amazing foot push! Throughout the program, trainers will focus on allowing everyone to enjoy a high degree of interaction with the dolphins, while teaching about these amazing mammals in their natural habitat. Professional photo and video staff will be capturing your swim on film so you'll have a chance to take home priceless souvenirs of your memorable experience.
