How we met.......

Believe it or not I met Roger when I was 13 years old.  We attened elementry school together. At 13 years old they called it puppy love.  But i knew otherwise.  To me it was called fate. I wrote in my dairy that I was going to marry Roger when I grew up. Roger was such a nice guy, always caring and friendly.  Since we were friends first I do not think it hit us how we felt until we were 15 years old.  I was in love!! We were boyfriend and girlfriend.  At the end of my first year of high school my mother and father moved us from New York to Florida.  Roger and I had to break up.  I was devastated.  Our circile of friends kept us in contact and every year I would go back to N. Y. to visit family and see Roger.  It would pick up where it always left off.  In my senior year of high school lI stopped going to New York. I guess we all grow up and have a life where we live. The next year a friend of mine told me Roger got married.  I was shocked and upset for a long time. Trying to forget I too eventully got married and went on with my life.  Fast forward .... After 12 years Roger got divorced and I was in the process of seperating.  There he was again.. Our circile of friends allowed us the opportunity to stay connected and we started being together all the time again picking up where we left off.  Roger left New York to come to Florida and start a life together.

We will be marrie 24 years this October.  All I can say is when God gives you a path it's for reasons. It's called Fate!!!
