Greg and I went on an amazing trip to Charleston in August 2017. We stayed at a wonderful place out in the middle of a farm! We both thought we would be closer to the city, but we absolutely loved where we were. We went to the aquarium in the city and tried some ice cream sandwiches from an ice cream sandwich shop. Who knew those existed?! After that adventure we headed about 30 minutes back to the hotel. We were meant to have an incredible romantic dinner that night back in the city. I was exhausted (pregnant with Weston at the time) So I decided that I would prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant. I'm pretty sure I completely ruined Greg's original plan! But he popped the question right out front of the little restaurant. Bent a knee in the dirt and all, and I of coarse said yes just the same!
