1. Do I have to book through the your Wedding Designer/Travel Agency?
Yes. To be included in the wedding events and group perks, all guests must book through Cruise Planners using the official registration link.
2. Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can secure your spot with a deposit and make scheduled payments up until the final payment date. Through Flex Pay, we offer credit-based financing allowing you to combine multiple travel costs into one payment over time. Ask one of our travel advisor specialists for more information.
3. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Flex Pay.
4. I’ve never cruised before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Our travel team will guide you step-by-step so you feel comfortable and prepared from booking to boarding.
5. Do I need a passport?
A valid government-issued ID is required; a passport is strongly recommended. Please check current travel requirements before booking.

7. Can I bring kids or a plus one?
Absolutely to you and your plus one!
Kris & Tez, say yes bring your children. Please note, the wedding is adults only. You are more than welcome to make this a family affair but you'll need to secure child care during the ceremony and reception events.
8. Does MSC offer children's clubs?
Yes, MSC has offers Kids Clubs which are open every day, offering a wide range of fun activities for your children, supervised by our dedicated Youth Staff. Please check the exact opening hours once on board, as they may vary depending on the ship and itinerary. Once onboard, their Youth Staff will be happy to provide any additional information to ensure your children have an unforgettable time!
9. Are the children's activities provided at an additional cost?
No, the activities are free. However, MSC Baby Care, Kids Around the Clock, and Lunch & Dinner with the Youth Staff at Sea on board MSC World Europa are subject to a fee. The VR Experience on board MSC World America is also subject to a fee.
10. Is it possible to leave children on board while parents disembark for an excursion?
Yes, provided that the miniclub staff is notified one day prior to the excursion.
11. How can I subscribe my children to the Kids’ clubs?
You can register your children for the Kids’ Clubs on board or fill in the online form before boarding. Once on board just bring us the printed form, along with your Cruise Card and those of your children.
