This page answers some of the common questions you may have about the wedding or what to do. We hope this answers all or most of your questions!

HOW CAN I ACCEPT MY INVITE (RSVP)?
To accept your invite, go to the website included on the invitation, go to the section where it says RSVP and fill out all the information. If you cannot/will not be attending, we still ask that you respond to the invite and decline the invite. Please accept or decline this invite by Friday April 25th, 2025!

WHEN DO I NEED TO ACCEPT MY INVITATION?
The deadline to RSVP will be Friday April 25th, 2025. We want to ensure each person has a seat at a table and appropriate accommodations are made to the chef regarding food. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will not have a spot. If you do not respond at all by this date, it will be assummed you are not attending. We want everyone to enjoy the day with us, so please plan accordingly so we can help make you a part of our day!

WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY HOTEL ROOM BOOKED?
If you are planning on staying in the hotel we chose with room blocks, the deadline to book a room on our block is March 29th, 2024. This is a first come, first serve basis, so if you would like a room at a discounted rate, please plan accordingly. Once all the rooms in the block have been booked, there is no guarantee you will get a room at this discounted rate. We encourage you to stay within your budget, so if this does not work for you, we encourage you to stay in a place that works best for you!

ARE SHOES REQUIRED AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
Shoes are required at all times while at the venue, so please plan accordingly. If you do not bring comfortable shoes, there will be flip flops to use.

IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?
There will be a FULL OPEN BAR for a period of 2 HOURS during the reception. Outside of these times, the bar will be a FULL CASH BAR, so please bring cash for the times there is not a full open bar.

PARKING:
There is a large parking lot right next to the venue for the event.

I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO GET AS A WEDDING GIFT:
We love traveling, and we are going to the Western Caribbean Islands in July for a 7-day cruise and then spending some time in Tampa, FL for a honeymoon! We would love for you to help contribute to this trip rather than getting us a physical gift to fund our experience. We would also enjoy experience gifts! However, we understand that some people prefer to get physical gifts and/or gift cards, so we will have a list of gift options and preferred gift card options if that is what you prefer. We respect your right to choose, so do what best fits within your budget and your preferences!
