Schedule of Events

Join us Sunday from 4:30–7:30 PM as we set sail on a private catamaran cruise around Isla Mujeres! Please plan to meet on the dock by 4:15 PM so we can get everyone checked in and ready to depart on time. Enjoy ocean views, great music, and a relaxed atmosphere while celebrating together on the water. Snacks and an open bar will be available on board, so come ready to kick back, soak up the sunset, and keep the wedding festivities going at sea

On the day of the wedding, all guests will meet in front of Hotel Izla to depart together by taxi to the private venue. Taxis typically fit 3–4 people, so we encourage guests to group up before leaving to help keep things smooth and on schedule. Guests will begin arriving around 5:30 PM, followed by the ceremony starting promptly at 6:00 PM. After we say “I do,” cocktail hour and photos will begin while everyone enjoys drinks and hors d’oeuvres during sunset. Dinner seating begins at 7:30 PM, with toasts shortly after and dinner service to follow. The evening will continue with a fire dance show, cake cutting, first dances, and an open dance floor with the photo booth running. We’ll celebrate into the night together, with the main reception wrapping up around 11:30 PM and an optional after-party planned at the Hidalgo Street downtown. We can’t wait to celebrate every moment with you!

This rehearsal is for the wedding party only and will take place Sunday at 8:30 PM following the catamaran cruise. We will meet on the rooftop of Hotel Izla to walk through final details, timelines, and ceremony logistics alongside our wedding coordinators. This will be a relaxed but important run-through to make sure everyone feels comfortable and ready for the big day!
